Transit Time
- Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via reliable courier services, with delivery expected within 4-7 working days post-dispatch, depending on the location.
- International Shipping: Deliveries take between 5-10 working days post-dispatch, subject to destination and customs processing. International customers will be contacted over WhatsApp regarding charges and payment procedure for Shipping charges.
Shipping In India
- We offer free shipping within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.7500. For certain Remote Locations within India we may charge an extra amount depending on the surcharge / additional charges as levied by the courier agency.

4. Damaged Shipments:
- Seasons Chennai is not responsible for any damage to the order that occurs while in transit to the buyer. Any issues related to damage during transit should be addressed directly with the courier company or postal authorities.

Transit & Charges
- We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched. The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available. Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
Return Of Shipments
- All products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped. In spite of our best efforts, if you find the product delivered is damaged kindly email the customer care for Return procedure within 48 hours of delivery. The decision to accept returns rests solely with the Seasons Chennai Team.
- All refunds will be processed in the form of store credits. the store credits are eligible for use online as well as at store.
- The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact color. Sometimes the colors may look different due to the temperature of your monitor and/or device settings.
- We do not Entertain any returns or exchange on products that were customized or which has undergone alterations.
- In case returns or Exchange, the entire shipping cost must be borne by the customers.
- Products thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging and must be sent along with original bills & tags.
- Also courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
- Any Return or Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product in written via an email to seasonsinchennai@gmail.com
- In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please take photographs of the consignment and share the same with us at seasonsinchennai@gmail.com
- Lastly, the exchange facility shall only be provided once and for all. Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained
